For use only with hub dynamos

- Smallest rear light approved for German road use
- Anodised aluminium housing
- Mudguard, seatpost or stay mounting
- Standlight

The smallest rear light approved for road use in Germany. U. Minimalistic in a high grade aluminium casing. Compliments the aluminium housed headlights designed by Busch & Muller.

In spite of its small size, it offers good visibility all around. U may be mounted to the mudguard as well as to the stay or seat post. Small, efficient and very visible.

ProsLight in weight, bright
Although this rear light is a lot smaller than I imagined it was going to be, it is particularly bright. Set-up was relatively simple as it is held on to my seat post with an adhesive pad and a zip tie (those supplied are reusable). All in I am very pleased.

will this work with a supernova e3 headlamp.

several questions please.

Will this work with a supernova e3 pure headlight?

Does the lamp come with a cable pre-attached to the lamp, if so how long is it?

Does this light contain its own stand light capacitors, as it looks smaller than the Balck one you sell? or does it require standlight power from the front light to function?
No, the output from this light is DC, most third party lights are AC. SK 06/02/25
Can this be wired directly onto the dynamo hub and how waterproof is it?

I want to run one wire from the dynamo hub to this light, can I do that?

Just how waterproof is the unit, the manual does indicate possible water regression when cleaning the bike. If I place this by the back wheel will it allow water to penetrate and damage the unit?
NO! you should NEVER wire a rear light directly into the dynamo hub, it MUST be first connected to a front light otherwise you will blow the circuitry of the rear light from overvoltage. I cannot find an IP waterproof rating for this light.
