ConsLight is poor,

ProsEasy retrospective fit

Purchased this for my daughter's aged Falcon as she had mislaid the previous light's front.

Fit was perfect (exactly the same mounting method and hole size. Looks the part with its chrome finish. Light output poor, but for me, irrelevant. (Tis is not the reason for my purchase: 'seeing where I'm going' light is from modern battery LEDs.)

The lens is 51mm in diameter but the light is 66mm in overall diameter.

...or is it an LED light, and if so, what sort of brightness?

This light is just a standard halogen bulb, so performance will not as good as more modern LED lights.
