Has it got a clip fit at the rear

Has it got a clip fit at the rear, as well as the rubber band wrap, so it can affix to the fabric pocket or fabric slot of a front bar bag?

Hello, no this does not come with a clip to mount it to a pocket- only the silicone bit to affix it to the handlebar.
