Birzman's Anti Slip Compound is specially designed for carbon fiber and aluminum seatposts, seat tubes, handlebars and stems. This paste serves to increase friction and reduce fastening torque by up to 30% when connecting specific parts of the bicycle. This means there is no need to over tighten clamps which can often lead to damage of the affected parts.
