Definitely a wet conditions lube but compared with some stays moderately clean on a road chain in the summer too. Start with a clean chain and apply liberally.
A little goes a long way.

The best chain lubricant ever!
I have been using it for the last few years on my bikes, mtb and road. It outperforms other chain lubricants. Very efficient and long lasting.
The best effect if you let it penetrate the chain links over the night (small drop per link) then carefully dried it with the clean cloth. After few first rides the oil will be going out so use cloth again. Doing this your chain will always be properly lubricated and remain clean.
