Rixen & Kaul Pressure Fit Vario Hooks

Silly question: does the package include the hard–to–come–by "sex bolts" (aka male–female screws) that are necessary to attach it to the bag itself, and that look like this?

I can't find them anywhere online except for 300 ton orders, and I've given up looking in brick and mortar shops.

The Vario Hook that I am looking to replace was attached to the bag with shitty rivets, and there are no easy solutions with normal screws and bolts.
