Born out of the successful Carradice Bike Bureau, the City Folder has been developed specifically for the Brompton rider. The originals Cotton Duck model features: Two generous rear pockets, removable padded laptop pouch (measures 38 x 24 x 6cms) with pockets for mobile phone etc, carry handle on lid, detachable shoulder strap, Scotchlite reflectors on lid and sides, rigid base for freestanding when off the bike, 25 litre capacity (inc pockets), fits the Brompton front carrier (not supplied)

- 25 litre capacity.
- Weight 1750g.

Requires the Carradice Brompton Front Carrier Frame - Standard for fitting to bikes. This is our item number 63543. Please note that this bag is not suitable for Brompton S-Type bikes.

NOTE: Reflective detail may vary

PLEASE NOTE: The colour is much darker when new due to the new coating used by Carradice. The bag will return to this colour in time.

This bag is very well constructed and reflects the pride of the Lancashire craftsmen who made it. It is made of tough cotton duck and leather, and feels like it will last a lifetime. It is also the perfect complement to my racing green Brompton and Brooks saddle. I am very pleased and, based on this purchase, would highly recommend Carradice products.

ProsWeatherproof, smart, well made, durable at sensible price

An item of character, looks perfect on my raw lacquer Brompton. Bought to convey camera equipment needed a little padding, but serves perpuse well as larger than the game bag. Smart and very well made at a good price. What more could you want?

ConsHeavier than standard Brompton bags

This is an absolutely superb quality bag. Heavy duty waxed cotton and leather obviously weighs a bit more than the standard Brompton bags, but its durability more than compensates for this. I bought the green bag (and it's a dark green) which looks very nice against my orange/black Brompton. It's hand made in Lancashire, and there is even the name of the maker stitched into the bag, and I think it's actually good value for a genuine Made in England product. Very happy.

Can you confirm which frame is required for this please, and / or its dimensions..?

This rack mounts using the luggage block, it will fit all frames apart from the S-type. SK 27/06/23

Hello , I?m trying to find the frame rack #647 to use with this bag, can?t seem to find it on your website, there are a few racks but I?m not sure which one I need. For use on a Brompton with a P bar. Thank you
