Very good in parts.
All round good in use but this is my second one, the first rendered itself useless when I tried to transfer it to a new bike.
One of the captive nuts in the clamps is just turning with the bolt and will therefore not retighten.
Also the spring retention "system" is non existent! How many users have lost the spring? I have, TWICE!!! It should be properly fixed in the unit during manufacture.
In use the whole system is brilliant but there are engineering issues with this item.

Well made bracket.
Latching and un-latching the bag is quick, easy and secure.
The only con is that it is a bit bulky looking when a bag is not attached

I have them on all of my bikes, very useful as you may swap your saddlebag from bike to bike, don´t need to pack them again in another bag for going on a rack. The mounting block is robust, does hold a remarkable weight. I´ve used them for years as well for rough riding on canal path or in the mountains. It is a realistic prize for good value..
