Details

Single pannier shoulder bag which is shaped to take A4 files and documents
Mesh outer pocket for oddments
Made from black cotton duck
18 litre capacity
C-system pannier fittings for instant fitting and removal
Fits either left or right sie of rack.

Note: Sometimes when the cotton duck is new, the fabric needs to soften a little so that the fibres spread out for maximum waterproof protection. If used immediately in extreme conditions some leakage may occur (this is not common though). Extra reproofing might help.

ConsDesign choices may mean it’s not a perfect solution

ProsWell made, honest bag

As a way to transport a laptop(or a4 files) and other kit for a day it’s fine, the trouble comes if you want to transport ONLY a laptop, there is no way to cinch down the size of the bag which means the laptop flops about. For my needs it’s really far too wide, but it does work, is well made and clips on and off easily.
The other design choice that’s been made is to have the pannier rail fitted quite far down the bag, presumably so it doesn’t hang down too low when mounted on a low rider- which means on a rear rack the bag sits fairly high.

Proswaterproof, spacious

does what it is supposed to, keeps all my office stuff dry whilst I cycle to work.

There is enough space for a change of clothes, laptop and lunch plus a few other bits and bobs
