I have this rail on my panniers. Which lower anchoring hook do I need for this?

The correct lower hook you need is the one from the QL2 system, these are SJSC part number 14084.

THIS PIECE IS POSSIBLE FIX IN scrip HAVING SYSTEM QL1 ??
BECAUSE THERE IS INTERNAL DRILLING FOR FITTING ...
YOU COULD MEASURE FOR ME ON HOW MUCH THE LENGTH WIDTH HEIGHT FROM HOLE TO BE PLACED THE BOLTS

REASON: YOU BOUGHT WITH THE panniers ORTLIEB QL1 CLASSIC BUT NOT SERVE IN MY baggage. (FRONT / BACK).

The bolt holes are 150mm and 134mm apart and the overall dimensions of this rail are 170mm x 148mm.
