It's a perfect accessory for the Ortlieb panniers.

It's helps you to carry them out off the bike and also to keep the panniers more compact when on the bike since they can be used to hold the pannier closed.

Is the Ortlieb Shoulder Strap 80 cm / 25 mm with Male & Female compatible with the Ortlieb Bicycle panniers QL2 system?

Hi,

No, I'm afraid this strap is designed to fit to Roller plus panniers which use a slightly different closure and strap system. You'll need a strap with two snap hooks at either end.
