Adapter Bar can fit to pannier racks up to 16mm in diameter. C-System or Quick-Clip hooks attach to this bar. Single adapter bar to suit one pannier bag (two will be required to suit a pair).

What is the diameter of the bar?

Is it thinner or thicker than the 16mm bar that the hooks can attach to? I'm trying to find something to adapt my pannier rack as mine is too thick to fit the hooks on my current bags
