Do you ever stock the Topeak Inner Fixer?

Looking at the Topeak website I can see they stock an Inner Fixer that looks like it should be used with this Outer Fixer and hence make a much better attachment to a bag. Do you ever stock it?
This is not something the UK supplier stocks, so we cannot either!
