Stainless Steel, and any change since 1992?

I have a 1992 model with mudguards & no rack, and the rear mudguard just gave up.
Is the design the same for new replacements?
Also are the new stays/fittings made of stainless steel?
The design has changed slightly, but these fit exactly the same.

They are steel,not stainless, I have not seen any too badly rusted though!

Is the L type mudguard compatible with my M3 type Brompton

Hello there! I need to buy both front and rear mudguard, my bike is a 2011 M3 bike, is it a match? Best regards!
The L type is for bikes with no rack, the R type is with rack.
