I recommend this product

After careful fitting no problem and mudguard solid as a rock. However bracket suddenly snapped after hitting a small pot hole, after about 2 years. For heavy use consider making your own heavier angle bracket, or perhaps fix two of these back to back.

ProsSimple fix

Needed a method of fixing rear mudguard on wishbone seatstay of lady's Trek 800 Sport. Allowed me to used threaded fixing on the rear of the wishbone in absence of seat stay bridge.

How Long Is The Slotted Length Of The L Bracket?

The length is important since I must ensure the bracket will span the gap from the brake bridge to my desired fender position. Thanks!

The overall length of the slotted side of the L shaped bracket is 32mm with the slotted hole itself being 14mm in length.
