Seat post bolt for Thorn Raven Sport Tour 2004 frame?
By Anonymous
21 Aug 2020
Is this bolt (M6 20mm socket cap) a suitable replacement for the seat post bolt on a Thorn Raven Sport Tour 2004 frame, please?
Bolt goes into a frame braze-on. It needs to be correct thread, length, strength and to have socket cap small enough to fit into a recess in the braze-on.

SJS Customer Service:
There has never been any variation of clamp bolt size on Thorn sport bikes, the M6 x 20mm bolts # 1840L20 will be perfect.

SJS Customer Service:
Yes, these would be suitable, the length depends on your use.
