To get your bag repaired either bring your bag into our shop, post your bag to us or email us some pictures.
We will make an assessment advise you on the repair we are able to apply and the cost.
We are able to repair holes, replace buckles and zip pulls, replace straps and replace hooks and mounting systems.
However we are unable to replace zips or fix stitching issues.
To repair holes and tears a patch of matching Ortlieb fabric is heat welded to the inside of the bag.
In some instances the repair is almost invisable from the outside of the bag.
