They look squarish in the picture, but the ones I got were more rounded in shape. The edges and teeth on these are not as sharp as metal pedals so they arent too harsh on the sole of your shoes, also harder to damage your leg or front door when the pedal knocks it! Will look better paired with a black crankset.
