I recommend this product

I think these are better than the Sylvan as they don't wreck the soles of your shoes. Smooth, ideal with flip tab, and better for not having lip on outside edge, which I find catches my size 10 feet on other pedals. Bearings are smooth, maybe not as much as vintage Campag, but smooth and tight enough. My best choice for quills.

Are these reversible? (i.e. do they have grip studs on both sides of the pedal?)

No they are not reversible, the peddling platform is only on one side.

How wide are these pedals please?
