MKS Pedal Dimensions

Would like a comparison in overall dimensions between MKS BM-7 and Sylvan Touring pedals. I like several features of the BM-7, but if Touring model is larger/wider I will go with them.

The measurement from front to back of the pedals is the same on both, but the closed end style of the cage on the BM-7 pedal makes it around 6mm wider that the Sylvan.
