Shimano Pd-M324 Spd Pedals

I recommend this product
ConsNone
ProsQuality and convenient.
I would recommend these pedals to anyone who wants a dual purpose pedla. They work very well with clatred shoes and allow a degree of lifting and well as pushing down on the pedal. They are very forgiving and allow one to get used to using cleated shoes, you can simply use the flat side of the pedal until you are ready to 'clip in'.
They are also very convenient for riding without cleats, this morning I popped to the shop wearing flip flops and the pedals were perfect to use (by the way it was my choice to wear flip flops and may not be the safest footwear to cycle in)
The usual high manufacturing standards by Shimano also make this a worth while purchase.
