My Topeak Roadie DAX pump is not sealing correctly

My DAX pump is losing air on the extension stroke, upon inspection it looks like there is no seal at the end where the shaft enters the body. I think this has always been the case as I've never had to use the pump before now. I see your spares kit only comes with the 2 seals for the other end of the shaft. Can you help in any way?
Unfortunately we have never had a R-DAX pump apart! We would suggest contacting Topeak / Extra ( the UK Supplier)
