Easy Returns
We know there are times when you need to return an item to us so we try to keep things simple and straight forward.
You will need the email address you used to shop with us and your WEB order number.

What if I order the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, I don’t like it or I no longer need it?
If it is unused and in resalable condition you can return it for a refund.
For UK customers all you need to do is fill in our online returns form below (please choose 'Not required / wrong item ordered' for return reason) and post the item/s back to us.
What if we sent you the wrong item or the item you received is faulty or damaged?
Either submit a returns request (select 'SJSC error - Incorrect item sent' or 'Faulty' as the reason) and we will contact you.

We will consider how best to deal with the issue and advise you accordingly.
In most instances we will offer a replacement item and will cover any return postage costs incurred in line with distance selling regulations.
On some occasions we will replace or refund without the need to return the original item.

We strongly recommend the parcel is sent using a recorded delivery method such as Royal Mail recorded or Courier which will offer you the security of tracking. Please note we will be unable to reimburse this cost.
This excludes custom built items such as wheels unless faulty (see below), please contact us for further information.
What if any item has developed a fault during use?
Please Email us detailing the fault with any pictures to help demonstrate the issue.
We will consider how best to deal with the problem and advise you accordingly.
Occasionally the manufacturer will prefer to deal with the problem directly.
If this is the case we will refer your email to them and advise you accordingly.
Outside of the United Kingdom
To return a product from outside of the UK please refer to our Customer Service for assistance. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are non refundable and you should seek to claim this back from your tax authority.
