Can you build this rim into a dynamo wheel?

I have a set of Hope 20five wheels on my 2016 Specialized Diverge. I'd like a matching dynamo hub wheel, 32 spoke, 12mm axle, 6 hole disc. Is this something you could build and if so, can you estimate the cost?
