I matched it to Campagnolo Record Hubs using aluminium spoke nipples and DT Swiss double butted spokes.
Made very light and strong wheels - rear wheel 890g
I have gone c27 Vittoria tyres and they perform great!

ProsTop quality and performance

These are truly excellent tubular rims. I have used about 15 to 20 of Mavic Reflex or Open Pro Tubular rims over the past 20 years, and I have not had a single rim-related problem. (FYI, I build my wheels to about 950 to 1000 N tension.) Personally, I like the look of the silver rims more than the CD rims. The price at SJS Cycles is also very reasonable.
