ProsEasy to fit, low cost, does the job.
Excellent protection between rim and inner tube, particularly around the valve that, for a latex inner tube is important. This is because the valve surrounding material is bonded to the latex inner tube, unlike a butyl tube.

Can This Also Be Used With 27" Rims?

SJS Customer Service:
Hi,
27" rims are larger than 700c rims so it is unlikely to fit. There is an ever so slight possibility that it will stretch far enough, but without testing this I cannot know for sure I'm afraid.
Thanks.
