ProsTough, flexible
I needed to fit tapes to some 27" wheels and this did the job nicely after a little warming to get the necessary stretch and a bit of moulding to line the well of the rim accurately. The tapes have settled into position firmly. SJS is one firm which seems to stock the sort of things I need.

will the "SJSC Reinforced Nylon Rim Tape - 700c 622 x 17mm " stop my innertube pushing through the hole and bursting on a box section type rim. were the rim tape does not come into contact with the spoke nipple
