ConsMay take longer to break in

ProsPrice / Quality

Just as expected but at a better price than anywhere else. The leather seems a little thicker than Brooks saddles I purchased a few years ago so may take longer to break in

Rivets

I am concerned about rain and rust affecting the rivets &/or springs. Are they stainless steel? If not, how are they protected from rain?

The flyer has STEEL FRAME WITH SPRINGS and TUBOLAR STEEL RIVETS. Its highly recommended to use a cover when riding during wet weather.

Proofide & Adjustment spanner

Does this saddle come with a proofide kit and an adjustment spanner?

Do the side laces rub on your thighs at all?

Generally your thighs do not sit vertically so these do not rub.
