Can or should these be peened?

I see that these are thicker than the two larger ones, and clearly the larger ones are peened on some of the fancier racing saddles, can or should these be peened out, or are they meant to be used as is? Thanks.

I recommend speaking with Brooks regarding peening the rivets, they will be able to provide a definitive answer. SK 16/03/23

Should I use this with B17 standard

Hi I want to change my original B17 silver rivets to copper after it has been rusted. Should I choose this size or the larger ones?
