Pros400mm long and great quality

28.6 is the seat tube size for the old Raleigh Twenty and at 400mm is perfect to give additional seat height as the original Raleigh steel fit is 350mm and too short if tall rider. Nice light weight construction with satin finish and looks good on the old frame.
