Can I use this with a Raleigh Motus

I have 95mm between the bottom of the saddle and the top of the frame. Is this sufficient?

Thank you for your enquiry, no sorry it would not be enough, you need around 125mmto fit this seatpost

My seat post diameter is 31.6, does this come with shim or do i have to buy this separately.?
