Can this be used with rack bolts above the seat post clamp bolt? The rack arms would be better fit
SJS Customer Service:
This can only be used with the rack bolts under the clamp as there is a ridge to help locate the collar on the frame. SK 26/03/25

The seat post on my bike is 30.9mm and the tube it slides in to is around 34mm and I am not sure which size of clamp to buy, can you help on selecting the right size ?

SJS Customer Service:
Hi,
Normally if the seatpost diameter is 30.9mm then the seat tube where the clamp fits to will be 34.9mm. If this is what yours measures then you can fit the larger size clamp in place of your current seat collar. If yours is a different size, then you will need to go for the smaller size and fit it directly to your seatpost with a shim to account for the difference in size.
Thanks.
