I recommend this product

ConsExpensive for a couple of bits of plastic and a tiny amount of grease.

ProsRemoved the play out of the post.

1st thing is it will fit the older 25mm dia use xcr seat posts. It's fairly straight forward to fit although one of the plastic keys was too long and had to be cut down to fit the slot in the inner post. The kit has took the play out of the post completely which is good.

these seem a very expensive way to buy nylon sticks

HI - I love my USE shokpost - no back problems any more - BUT I am getting through a pair of these nylon sticks a year. Any ideas on a more permanent solution or a cheaper way to get a few bits of nylon this size?
