Hi, Not sure if you can help - do they fit M070 shoes - looks like they might although the shape would not fill in all of the blue plastic showing around cleat area as this has rounded ends (if that makes sense)! Also are the plates part of the assembly or just replacements if the existing fixing plate (fixed in shoe) are damaged? Many thanks

Visually they look compatible. The boltholes on the base of my shoes are at 14mm centres across the way and at 10mm centres back to front

Hi, no these covers are for Shimano MT33/MT43 & MT53 shoes. They replace the SPD cleats and cover the holes in the sole of the shoes. Thanks

These cleat covers are designed to be fitted in place of the cleats and are only for use on flat pedals as they will not 'clip' into an SPD pedal.
