ConsLimited position adjustment
ProsEasy to fit with much the same stack height as the road cleat
If you are fed up of trying to unclip road cleats at junctions, this is a really good option. Note though that you do not get the position adjustment of a road cleat, so if you have a more extreme cleat position it is probably not a good choice.

If the base plate loses a bolt, can you buy a replacement bolts for the 3 bolt part that attaches to the shoes?

Are the 'side supports' one piece with the base or are they stuck-on pieces of rubber like the SH40's which never stay stuck put for long.
