I recommend this product

Easy to replace and works well.
This cog gives a pleasing ratio....
First gear now gets me up most hills,
Second gear is good for general meandering
Third gear is brilliant for faster travel when momentum is up,

Is this sprocket can be installated to Sturmey Archer SXRK30 easily ?

This sprocket will fit to this hub easily, it should just slot on and then be secured in place by the cir-clip supplied with the hub.
