ConsDespite fitting easily it tends to creak

ProsDoes what it is supposed to do.

Fits well & does what it says on the box.
HOWEVER it does creak despite being tightened very firmly & not over extended from forks.
This is worrying as it is part of an upgrade after my last set of handlebars snapped off on one side.
I with hold final judgement.

... I'm assuming that the single allen keyed bolt on the bottom of the bar clamp section has to be loosened off before the two on the side can be used to adjust the angle? If thats the case, the one on the bottom is SO tight that no amount of force has managed to move it. Short of using a long torque wrench or a breaker bar, i'm not sure how I can shift it. Is this the correct useage? I may have to swap it for one that you've tested as at the moment it's unusable.

Yes you are indeed using this correctly. I have just tested one and the bolts are tough to undo. If it turns out that you definitely cannot get the bolts off, please contact us and we will sort something for you.
