The forward reach falls exactly between the Kalloy AS-009 UNO 35 deg 90 mm and 110 mm stems. Similar in appearance to the AS-009 UNO, but the front of the bar clamp is polished alloy.

- 3D forged AL6061

Is this suitable for a hybrid bike, some on road some easy off road use?

Yes this would be very much suited to light offroad, but majority on-road use.

Will this clamp properly onto the On-One Midge bar?

I believe that it's 26mm not 25.4mm, though I could be wrong.
