ProsEasy to fit

Bought to temporarily raise the handlebars on my wife's S-Type whilst she's pregnant!

Works well, but the cables are now a little tight so I may have to extend them. Still folds.

Can use this as a stem?

I have a folder with no stem (bars clamp straight onto top of vertical tube). Can I put the bar part of this in the clamp and use the two
