ProsCheaper & more readily available than Hozan

I ordered the 13G spoke rolling head. It fits the Hozan spoke rolling tool and works well for making custom length spokes for ebike repairs.

Diameter of the rod OF THE MACHINE onto which it fits?

Hi, please allow me to ask this again, "what is the internal diameter ... or the diameter of the rod OF THE MACHINE onto which it fits?

You stated, "There are options for choosing 12, 13 and 14g."

Those are the spoke sizes, and wire guages, not the machine part's dimension.

need to thread stainless steel 12g , 13g and 14g spokes. Do you have an offer that covers these gauges?

Cylo Threader Head For 10G?

I see the tool will run from 14g to 8g, but I have not seen a head that will do 10g spokes.
Is it possible to get a 10g spoke head, and where?

Hi, I'm afraid we are not able to get hold of a 10G head, we have two different UK suppliers that we're able to get Cyclo tools from and neither have a 10G option, they both only have 12G, 13G and 14G. Thanks.

Hi,
I'm using this tool and machine, that's fine ( really fine).
Usually I use the 14 gauge head for 2.0mm spoke.
But I will need the 15 gauge head for 1.8mm spoke.
This, unfortunately did not appear on the list .
Will the 15 gauge head back in stock ?

2 questions:
Do the cyclo 12ga. and 13ga. spoke rollers work on modern stainless steel spokes?
Are these rollers compatible with the Hozan C700 spoke threading machine?
I am prepared to purchase if you can enlighten me.

Hi,

Yes these spoke rollers work with modern stainless steel spokes. I can see no reason as to why it wouldn't work with that tool, but as its not a tool we use I can't say for sure I'm afraid. I'd just like to add that this tool requires a lot of cutting fluid and needs to be used slowly in an on and off fashion rather than in one full go.
