Can work but best after gluing

ProsCan be adapted to different widths

I had 2 very tight cups but even when trying the correct way CW the tool why slide out of the holes. The is a little give between the two links and then of course the link axis.

I resolved it by installing the tool into the holes in the cup and then fill every moving part with thin superglue and succeeded in removing both cups. At the last one, the link slid a bit but it held.

PS I haven't tried any other tools of this kind.
