ProsIt does the job

This is a simple little gauge that every regular cyclist should own, why I have not bought one previously is a bit of a puzzle. This gauge is simple and easy to use, and as soon as it arrived I tried it on chains that were old, new and currently in use, it works a treat. A real tool kit essential.

Conslaser-cut edges a bit rough in places but that's cosmetic

Prosgood price, easy to use, sturdy

I have the Park Tool equivalent of this, but needed another spare chain gauge. This is very similar, but not having to turn it over for the .75 and 1.0 readings is an advantage.
For the price, it's a very worthwhile safeguard against knackering sprockets and chainwheels with a worn chain. Its also so simple that even I can use it.
