I recommend this product

ConsA bit jerky and wobbly in use, as the shaft does not rotate smoothly inside the handle.

ProsGood price. Screws the nipples evenly onto the spoke ensuring consistent initial tension.

Not a bad tool for the price. A bit wobbly to use - I recommend a drop of oil where the shaft rotates inside the handle.
