ProsExcellent ! Holds the bladed spoke at the nipple

When truing a wheel with aero bladed spokes it is necessary to hold the spoke and prevent it rotating whilst turning the nipple.

When used with the excellent DT Swiss nipple key, the two fit perfectly.

The key advantage of the DT Swiss holder is that you can hold the spoke right at the base as it enters the nipple, and prevent the rotation from beginning. This is not so easy if you hold the spoke away from the nipple.
