By using this adapter you can use the IceToolz Internal Routing Tool for the Di2 cables. Please the adapter on the Di2 cable and then insert it into the tool's connecting cable.

Now, using the Internal Routing Tool's magnet, you can move the Di2 cable through the frame.

For use with IceToolz 67R1 Internal Cable Routing Tool.
