I recommend this product

A massive improvement on the plastic adaptor. Yes it costs a bit, but its the proper tool for the job and will last a lifetime and makes life alot easier. So for me worth the investment.

Hi, can I use this with a Shimano BBR60 Bottom Bracket 68mm? The group set is Shimano 105. I purchased a TL-F34 previously which didn't fit. Thanks.
