Sunrace TLEF1 Freewheel Remover for E-Bike

I read somewhere that this could be used for Sturmey Archer single speed freewheels, but would like to clarify is this is correct, and if so is it for smaller 'mini' freewheels or larger 16T plus freewheels? If you are able to help this would be much appreciated. If not sure, could you possibly tell me the inner and outer diameter at opposite prongs? Thank you very much.
