Heavy but roll well

I recommend this product

I bought these to replace some WTB Resolute gravel tyres after the 3rd puncture in as many months on my commute.

I wanted something that was thought enough to not worry about punctures on the commute, but could also handle gravel riding. My go-to for commute in the past was Marathon Plus (on a 26" rim), but I needed a 650b tyre and M are only 622 or 559.

The Ride Tour is 700g per tyres (compared to 500g for the WTB) so hopefully the extra material will stop the pesky punctures.

The centre ridge means it rolls quietly on tarmac and the side treads look enough to cope with the kind of light gravel riding I do in summer.

ProsGood tread for all round riding

Not had much opportunity to try tethers out yet but I was pleased to find them in this not too common a wheel size. A good quality feel to these tyres and they popped on the rims with no bother.
