Conswill make your vintage racer look rubbish
ProsGood quality, easy to fit
I bought a pair for my 1950s French racing bike, and whilst they seem to be a quality tyre, they look too chunky on my bike, so I'm having to get a whole new set. Disappointing as there's a limited amount of 27 x 1/14 about. Can't fail SJS cycles customer service

Can I use these 'folding' (not wire bead) tyres on 70's Fiamme 27" rims which don't have bead hooks?

You could but it would be VERY worrying, use a wire bead alternative
