Please note wheel builds are NOT available on an EXPRESS service but will be despatched within 18-21 working days, normally sooner. This option for Rohloff hubs ONLY, Rohloff supply us with these spokes so offer the best chance of zero failures.
Add this to the basket with your rim and hub it will be combined to form a very high quality wheel built to our master wheel builders exacting standards. Select this product, then go to the relevant rim & hub sections & choose the relevant items. Be sure to pick hubs & rims with correct hole drillings!
ALL our wheels are built with SILVER nipples, made from brass, finished with a nickel plate. Alternative nipples can be purchased through our online store. If you have purchased alternative nipples, we will assume you want these used to build your wheels. If you don’t please let us know [email protected]. Additional spokes can be purchased through our online store.

Can you build a wheel with my existing hub?

Hi
I have a Thorn Nomad Mk2 with 26 inch Andra 30 rims and a Rolhoff hub. I have split the rear rim and wondered if you can build a wheel with a new Andra 30 rim and spokes but using my existing hub which is fine?

How can I order a custom built rear wheel?

I am interested to wheel built a rear wheel with the following specification. 406x1.5 wheel, rim tape, Rohloff 500/E14 silver hub with complete shifter and shift cable, disc brake of 160mm rotor, CDX 19T sprocket for a 135mm rear frame mount

For custom wheel builds you need to add the 'wheel build' with the type and number of spokes to your basket in addition to all the items you wish. Once the wheels are built the rest of the items are shipped with it. For further infomation please email [email protected].

I'd like you to build Sun CR18 16 x 1 3/8 349 ABT Alloy Rim - Black - 32 Hole (SJS Cycles part number : 37090) with Rohloff disc hub to me.
Could I ask you this order ?
If you can't,
Please recommend alternatives.
